Autumn is the perfect time to slow down and enjoy cozy flavors. What could be better than combining the spiced sweetness of Lotus Biscoff with the fresh, earthy taste of matcha? This latte is the ultimate fall treatsimple to make and wonderfully comforting. 

Biscoff Matcha Latte – How to make it: 

Ingredients: 

  • tsp Lotus Biscoff spread
  • Warm oat milk 
  • About 1 tsp matcha 
  • small amount of warm water to whisk the matcha 
  • Crushed Lotus Biscoff cookie for topping (optional) 

Instructions:

  1. Warm the oat milk and stir in the Lotus Biscoff spread until smooth.
  2. Whisk the matcha with a small amount of warm water using a bamboo whisk or electric frother until foamy. 
  3. Pour the matcha into the milk mixture. 
  4. Finish with a sprinkle of crushed Lotus Biscoff cookie on top, if desired.
  5. Enjoy warm and let the flavors of autumn brighten your moment.
