Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To process your return, please contact us at info@dreamatcha.com.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be used, washed, damaged or altered in any way. The items need to have all tags attached, and be in their original packaging. Please note that some items are not eligible for return, such as matcha powder.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping cost for the return will be provided by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.
Reclaims
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged due to use are not considered to be faulty.
Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
