EASIEST CUP OF MATCHA

The easiest way to make matcha starts with 0.5–1 teaspoon of matcha powder. Add a little honey and about 30 ml of water heated to around 80°C (176°F). Whisk the mixture with an electric frother until smooth and frothy. Then add another 120–200 ml of water.

This base is perfect for building other drinks like a matcha latte, where you replace the extra water with oat milk.

Simple, quick, and delicious!
