Matcha Chia Pudding

A simple and delicious way to enjoy matcha! This chia pudding with strawberries, banana & kiwi is a healthy, nourishing snack or breakfast you’ll want every day.

 

Matcha Chia Pudding with Strawberries, Banana & Kiwi – How to make it:

 

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 200 ml (2 dl) coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp Dreamatcha's matcha powder
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

 

Toppings:

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Sliced banana
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Optional: coconut flakes, nuts, or granola

 

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the plant-based milk, matcha powder, sweetener, and vanilla. Whisk well until the matcha is fully dissolved (a small electric whisk works great).
  2. Add the chia seeds and stir until evenly combined.
  3. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 2–3 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Stir before serving if the chia has settled at the bottom.
  5. Top with fresh strawberries, banana and kiwi slices, and any other desired toppings.

 

Tip: Make a bigger batch at once — you’ll have a beautiful and healthy snack ready for the whole week!
