In 2020, I experienced burnout that forced me to slow down and rethink what well-being truly means. After a long period of recovery, I returned to work, but deep down I knew I wanted to build a life that better supported my well-being and reflected my values.
A few years later, I found myself asking the same questions again. Once more, I was pushing myself to my limits, and I realized something needed to change. Eventually, I decided to leave my full-time job and give myself the time and space to figure out what I truly wanted to do next.
In 2024, I traveled to Japan, where I tried matcha for the very first time. It wasn't just a drink, it was an experience. I fell in love with its taste, its calm and balanced energy, and most of all, the way it made me feel. As I learned more about matcha's history, traditions, and wellness benefits, something clicked into place. For the first time, I felt certain that this was what I wanted to dedicate myself to.
That's how Dreamatcha was born, from a desire to share something that has brought so much goodness into my own life and to inspire others to discover small moments of holistic well-being in the middle of everyday life. Whether at home, at work, or on the go, we believe that even the smallest rituals can make a meaningful difference. 🤍
