Dreamatcha was born from a personal journey back to gentleness, balance, and self-care.
"After experiencing burnout in 2020, I realized I wasn’t living in alignment with my values or truly taking care of myself. My nervous system was constantly on high alert, and drinking large amounts of coffee only made me feel more stressed. Burnout forced me to pause and awakened a desire to place my well-being first and choose a softer, more mindful way of living.
In March 2024 I traveled to Japan and discovered matcha for the first time. I fell in love with its calming ritual, beautiful flavor, and the way it supported both my body and mind. Around the same time, I found myself falling back in love with the color pink — a symbol of gentleness, nurturing, and joy.
Dreamatcha grew from these moments: a longing for softness, meaningful rituals, and everyday well-being. A reminder that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated - sometimes, it begins with a single sip."
