Matcha Latte

A calming cup of green glow 

Whether you're easing into your morning or taking a mindful afternoon break, a matcha latte is the perfect way to nourish your body and calm your mind. Creamy, vibrant, and packed with antioxidants – it’s a little moment of magic in your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 30ml hot water (about 80 °C / 176 °F)
  • 200 ml warm milk or plant-based milk (e.g., oat, almond, or soy milk)
  • Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the matcha powder with hot water using an electric frother until smooth and frothy.
  2. Heat the milk and froth it if desired, using a frother
  3. Pour the matcha mixture into a cup.
  4. Add the warm frothed milk on top of the matcha.
  5. Sweeten with honey or sweetener if you like, and stir gently.
  6. Enjoy your calming and energizing matcha latte!
