Whether you're easing into your morning or taking a mindful afternoon break, a matcha latte is the perfect way to nourish your body and calm your mind. Creamy, vibrant, and packed with antioxidants – it’s a little moment of magic in your day.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 30ml hot water (about 80 °C / 176 °F)
- 200 ml warm milk or plant-based milk (e.g., oat, almond, or soy milk)
- Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Whisk the matcha powder with hot water using an electric frother until smooth and frothy.
- Heat the milk and froth it if desired, using a frother
- Pour the matcha mixture into a cup.
- Add the warm frothed milk on top of the matcha.
- Sweeten with honey or sweetener if you like, and stir gently.
